Daryl Lynn Cox, LCSW

Daryl Lynn Cox, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for accessible mental health care. She is the owner and Clinical Director of Counseling Connections Clinic, where she leads a multidisciplinary team that includes a psychiatric nurse practitioner, substance use coach, and social work interns, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals and families.

Her passion for expanding access to care led to the founding of The Massie Foundation, inspired by the loss of her sister, Terri, to suicide, and in honor of both her sister and mother who experienced mental health challenges. Through this work, Daryl Lynn recognized that many individuals go without critical mental health services due to lack of insurance or unaffordable co-pays.

Through the combined efforts of The Massie Foundation and Counseling Connections Clinic, Daryl is committed to bridging the gap to healing—ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to access care, cultivate resilience, and build a life of strength and hope.

 Sherry Maklary, EdD, MBA, MA, MST, CCMP, CPT, CVC, EFRI

A former Fortune 50 executive with 17 years as a global leader at Johnson & Johnson, Sherry brings a multidisciplinary lens to advancing mental health equity. As Board President, she champions innovation, access, and dignity in care—driving systems change powered by empathy, evidence, and bold, cross-sector insight. 

My name is Christine Jenkins, and I was born and raised in Spring Hill, Florida. I come from a large, close-knit family with five siblings—three brothers and two sisters—which helped shape my values of loyalty, strength, and compassion. I began my career in retail in 2007, working at Ross, later moving on to HSN, and eventually ending that chapter at Kirkland’s. I’ve since transitioned into the banking industry, where I continue to grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother of two wonderful children. My

family is my greatest motivation and the heart of everything I do. I strive to build a life that reflects hard work, love, and integrity, while continuing to pursue new opportunities and create a meaningful future for those I love.

Michele Archbell is the Broker/Owner of Property Solutions Realty Group and a founding member of the Massie Foundation. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Michele has built a strong reputation throughout Hernando County for her professionalism, market knowledge, and commitment to client success. Since beginning her career in real estate in 2000 and becoming a licensed broker, Michele has successfully guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through the real estate process, demonstrating expertise in residential sales, property management, and investment properties.

As a dedicated community leader, Michele and her company were proud to provide the Massie Foundation’s first community partner donation, helping to support its mission from the very beginning. Her passion for giving back, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, continues to make a lasting impact both in the real estate community and across Hernando County.

Darren Rayborn serves as the WebMaster for the organization, bringing over two decades of experience in web design, development, and public service. His journey in web design began in 2004 when he created a website for a friend’s restaurant using Adobe Dreamweaver, including hands-on coding with HTML. Since then, he has continued to build and maintain websites for friends and clients, refining his skills and adapting to evolving technologies.

Darren currently specializes in website design and development using WordPress and Elegant Themes’ Divi platform, creating user-friendly, visually engaging, and functional websites.

In addition to his technical expertise, Darren has over 20 years of experience working with the U.S. Government, where he also developed and managed his office’s website using Microsoft SharePoint. He is a proud veteran with 18 years of service in the United States Air Force, having served in both Active Duty and Reserve capacities.

Darren’s combined experience in technology, government service, and military leadership brings valuable insight and dedication to his role, supporting the organization’s mission through strong digital presence and accessibility.
